Photographer
We will have a professional photographer there on the day so put on your best smile and look out for them. Photos will be displayed on the Life’s Little Treasures foundation website and on our facebook page
Parking
Life’s Little Treasures Foundation encourages you to use public transport to and from the event as there is limited street parking at the event. Please note that the Sydney Olympic Park Authority has recently changed parking restrictions in the park. Click here to read about the restrictions.
Getting to the Park by Car
To avoid the potential for traffic delays on Homebush Bay Drive please use these recommended routes:
- North – through Top Ryde, take Victoria Rd and then Silverwater Rd and Holker St
- South – turn onto Parramatta Rd then Hill Rd
- East – take Parramatta Rd then Birnie Ave or Hill Rd. If you are driving along Victoria Rd consider taking Silverwater Rd then Holker St
- West – turn onto Silverwater Rd then Holker St or turn onto Hill Rd

What time does the event start?

How do I pay?

What if I don’t make it? Can I have a refund?
Under the terms and conditions of the event there will be no refunds. Please consider this as a donation to the Life’s Little Treasures Foundation.
Will there be water stations?
NO – please ensure you bring a water bottle with plenty of water.
Will there be toilets?
Yes, there are toilet blocks close to the Twin Sail area.
Can I bring a pram along to the walk event and participate?
Yes, the course is suitable for prams.
Are Pets allowed?
NO – please leave your furry friend at home.
Who does the money go to?
All proceeds after expenses will be going to the Life’s Little Treasures Foundation so they can continue to improve the lives of premature and sick babies. The Life’s Little Treasures Foundation is a charity which provides support, friendship, information and assistance throughout Australia to families of children born prematurely or sick. Our services are available in the hospital (neonatal and special care units) and in the community when families come home.
The Foundation receives no government funding and is solely relient on public donations.
Will there be food/drink for sale?
No – Please BYO your own picnic to enjoy after your walk.
How can I get an event shirt/bandana?
Your walk for prems t-shirt/bandana will be posted to you prior to the event. Please wear it on the day.
You must enter by Thursday 13th October to guarantee a t-shirt/bandana.
